TTI Transculture consulting, briefings, training, coaching and workshops focus is on teaching the essential know-how and on developing the practical skills to work, do business, interact, communicate effectively, build relationships, rapport and trust with culturally-diverse people.

As a full-service global transculture consulting and training organization, our programs include multicultural workforce diversity management training, effective multicultural communication and multicultural sensitivity training and coaching for global executives, managers, team leaders and all personnel working and doing business in culturally-diverse workplaces and marketplaces.

We also provide training and coaching for newcomer immigrants to enable them to acculturate to the Canadian workplace and marketplace. This type of training is mainly provided to foreign-educated and trained professionals, to foreign national assignees and expatriates and to their family members to help them overcome personal transculture adjustment transition challenges.

Our transculture training programs will enable clearer communication and understanding, and yield greater knowledge on how to work among culturally-diverse individuals. It will strengthen personal and business relationships, collaboration and productivity, and result in closer rapport and greater cooperation with domestic and international colleagues, customers and partners.

We teach the practical know-how and develop the essential skills to work and do business multiculturally through a well-proven, experiential-based framework of systematic guidelines, strategies, tactics and role-play exercises which highlight the salient transculture differences in work and business styles, in interpersonal dynamics, behaviours, attitudes and sensitivities.

Our transculture training programs are all client-customized and consist of a balanced blend of national and regional cultures' orientation briefings, overview of the cultural elements, in-class group discussions, video segments, instructional simulation games, review of client-pertinent business critical incidents, related case studies, which may include videotaping of experiential role-play exercises with class review, feedback and debriefing which complement our training.

Our training programs and workshops' design and delivery focus on client business activities, objectives, processes, procedures, on practicality and immediacy of application, rather than on cultures general, generic, boilerplate overview briefings. TTI's transculture training focuses on imparting the essential knowledge and on developing the participants' skills through experiential role-play exercises, with little emphasis on academic fundamentals, the concepts and theories behind the cultural dimension elements and metrics or the national cultural classification models.

We review and discuss client-experienced transculture-based business challenges and some business critical incident situations and correlate them with relevant, real-world case studies, intervention options and solutions leading to successful resolution. Our workshops' design and selection of experiential role-play exercises replicate client-experienced transculture challenges and business critical incident situations, and as a result have longer lasting learning retention impact.

Our role-play practice exercises replicate clients' international and/or multicultural business critical incidents and unexpected challenges experienced to-date, focusing on intervention solutions leading to the successful realization of the desired goals, objectives, performance, productivity and business results' expectations.

TTI training participants are encouraged to undertake a personal cultural profile questionnaire which highlights their own cultural lenses, perspectives, values, beliefs, bias and assumptions, providing insight into how they might adjust, integrate, work and do business transculturally.

TTI's training moves participants beyond simply understanding differing cultural perspectives, situations and contexts, through understanding their own personal lenses and perspectives, to bridging and working through transculture differences, intricacies, challenges and sensitivities.

Customized Transculture Training Program Design, Development and Delivery


Research studies confirm that multinational and multicultural organizations' personnel is most effective and productive following receiving transculture competence and cultural diversity management training and coaching, including related client-customized experiential workshops.

Workshops consist of reviewing client-pertinent critical incidents, case studies and developing related role-play simulations. Role-play debriefing, and beneficial, constructive critiquing and feedback by workshop participants, observers and facilitators are integral parts of our training.
